I decided to teach mindfulness to my teenage boys at work using found poetry. I even had one kid really get into the activity. After looking at mine, I decided I would share it here. Since it is still kind of hard to read as I’m not done filling in the background yet, here’s the poem:
temper
leading blowing up
midway jammed too soon
struggled through from nowhere needing
Sunshine
silver lining life
an omen luck something will happen
something did
exploded
